The following disclaimers are required by PA law (52 Pa. Code § 62.142): National Fuel Resources, Inc. ("NFR") is not the same
company as National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation ("NFGDC"). Both NFR and NFGDC are
owned by National Fuel Gas Company (NYSE:NFG), a publicly traded company. NFR's prices
are not regulated by the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission. You do not have to buy
natural gas or other products from NFR to receive the same quality of service from NFGDC.
The table below illustrates what NFR's fixed price will equate to at different volume levels:
